About Rachel Mountin,
Enneagram Facilitator and Coach

Rachel Mountin, Enneagram facilitator and coach

My career spans leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies and global non-profits. As Director of ESG and Social Responsibility at DaVita, I led enterprise-wide strategy, executive engagement, and sustainability initiatives impacting over 60,000 employees across 2,000+ centers. Whether directing complex corporate strategies, coordinating audit-ready reporting, or consulting for global brands like Ball Corporation, my work has always centered on one core element: people—how they lead, how they collaborate, and how they navigate change.

I’m driven by the conviction that meaningful organizational impact begins with leaders who understand themselves deeply and lead with intention.

Before stepping into corporate leadership, my path was shaped by hands-on service and operational management:

  • International Service: As an Outcomes Data Fellow with Operation Smile, I spent a year working alongside international teams across ten developing countries to provide surgical care documentation.

  • Social Enterprise: At the Women’s Bean Project, I served as Production Manager, directly managing team operations and supervising production employees at a mission-driven social enterprise.

  • Operations & Supply Chain: I began my career as a Solutions Engineer at UPS Supply Chain Solutions, designing logistics strategies for accounts generating over $9M in annual revenue.

These diverse experiences—from grassroots non-profits to boardrooms—give me a grounded, holistic perspective on human dynamics, operational complexity, and authentic leadership.

Background and Approach

I have nearly two decades of experience helping people and organizations grow with clarity, purpose, and impact.

My Approach

What It’s Like to Work Together

I believe personal growth is serious business, but we don’t have to take ourselves too seriously to do it well. After taking a year’s worth of improv comedy classes, I learned that when we loosen our grip, stay open to the moment, and allow ourselves to be a little silly, we actually take bigger risks, grow faster, and lead more authentically.

My coaching style blends data-driven insights with humor, candor, and grounded support. I’m both serious and silly—focused on empowering people to reach their full potential while making the process feel meaningful, practical, and immediately actionable. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, navigate complexity with confidence, and lead in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.

As an Enneagram coach and facilitator, I work with emerging leaders, seasoned executives, teams, and community groups. Let’s work together!
