How It Works
- Complete the Enneagram assessment and receive your custom report.
- Work 1:1 with Rachel in two 60-minute debrief sessions to unpack your results and co-create a tailored development plan.
- Join a 6-month cohort of environmental and social impact professionals for monthly learning, reflection, and accountability sessions to bring your development plan to life.
Each session blends teaching, discussion, and real-world application - all within a supportive, confidential group.
