A comprehensive personal assessment report (20+ pages) from ieQ9, the world's most accurate test, plus two one‑hour 1:1 debrief session to explore your results and apply insights to your life and work.

What’s Included

Two-hour overview session (live or virtual) for an unlimited number of attendees that covers an introduction to the nine personality types, motivations, blindspots, communication styles, and growth opportunities.

Who This Is For

Corporate or non-profit teams, friends or community groups looking for a unique and meaningful learning experience, without the full investment of a half- or full-day session.

Investment

$1,000 (plus $60 per person ieQ9 assessment cost). Pairs well with the option for individual debrief sessions at additional cost.

What’s Included

Enneagram overview plus a deeper dive into each of the types. Learn more about how the different types show up at work, work with one another, and learn practical next steps for growth.

Half day or full day sessions available.

Corporate or non-profit teams, friends or community groups looking for a unique and meaningful learning experience.

Investment

$3,000 for a half-day session or $6,000 for a full-day session, plus $100 per person for the ieQ9 professional assessment reports.

What is the Enneagram?

  • A personality mapping tool of 9 types, and yet, so much more than other personality assessments.

  • The Enneagram goes deeper - to show us some of our habitual patterns AND a path for growth to reach our full potential.

  • The Enneagram can help us understand ourselves, improve relationships, and improve our leadership.

What does the report and debrief do?

  • The iEQ9 report is the most accurate Enneagram test available. It provides a 23 page Enneagram assessment report, based on your responses to a 30-minute online dynamic survey.

  • The report includes information on your type, sub-type, wings, as well as recommendations for growth.

  • The debrief session(s) include a personalized review of your report, recommendations on how to use the report, and Q&A time.

  • The experience provides a practical approach framed around: What, so what, and now what?​

  • The aim is for you to walk away with a better understanding of yourself (the WHAT), why you default to certain patterns and an awareness of other possible responses (the SO WHAT), and a plan for implementing changes (the NOW WHAT).​
